感冒後9件必做的事感冒是最常見的一種病，但得了感冒該治，還是像有些人說的那樣扛著，直到它自然痊癒？恐怕沒人能說得出答案。
在各種對抗感冒的自然療法中，柳丁和雞湯哪個更有效，該吃飽還是該餓著，巧克力和牛奶哪個不能碰……
眾說紛紜也讓人難辨真假。隨著近日氣溫急劇轉低，感冒高發的季節即將來臨，各種預防、治療感冒的良方又開始
受到大家關注。感冒到底是怎麼回事、感冒後應該怎麼辦，美國最新研究為我們揭示了這一系列問題的答案。
美國威斯康星大學醫學與公共衛生學院2010年10月發佈的一份
《感冒白皮書》，為我們揭露了有關感冒的三個真相。
第一：感冒是一種由病毒引起的上呼吸道感染“綜合症”，有超過100種以上的病毒可能誘發感冒；
第二：一般來說，感冒的症狀會持續一星期，不論服藥與否；
第三：感冒的起點，應該是出現症狀的一天前，此時病毒已經在你的體內駐紮。
更確切地說，感冒病毒會在體內潛伏18─48個小時，然後突然爆發。最早出現的症狀主要包括咽喉腫痛、打噴嚏、

不管你是衣服穿得太少、光腳走在地上還是頭髮沒吹幹就出門，這些都不會導致你感冒──但是會導致抵抗力下降，讓病毒們有機可乘。”美國註冊護理師菲利斯・布朗說，相比之下，乾燥更容易帶來感冒，因為身體黏膜的抗病毒能力會因為缺水而下降。
感冒攻擊每個人的次數也不一樣。根據美國疾病預防控制中心的統計，兒童每年會感冒8─10次，上學的孩子會達到12次之多，這不是因為他們抵抗力差，而是因為孩子們關係更親密，病毒傳播的幾率大。相比來說，“冷漠”的成人們每年得感冒2─4次，女性多於男性，30歲左右的女性最易中招，因為她們是照顧孩子的主力軍。年過60以後，感冒次數會減少，平均每年1次。
《感冒白皮書》同時指出，很多人並不知道，感冒其實沒得治。有些人會服用抗生素，其實抗生素根本不能消滅病毒，胡亂吃藥可能會加重病情。感冒藥的主要功效是緩解症狀，讓你感覺好受點、休息好點，但並不能縮短病程。
那麼，究竟哪些事情是感冒後必須做的？美國“健康播報網”認為，以下9件事必不可少。
第一步：找一張床。感冒後，最好給自己找張舒服點的床躺下來。不要想著去上班，也不要強忍著出去聚會、玩樂或者運動。
解放軍總醫院呼吸科主任劉又甯說，睡覺就是“最好的感冒藥”，每天一定要保證8小時睡眠。如果可以的話，最好請假回家休息1─2天，這樣可以少將疾病傳染給他人。
第二步：補點維生素C。不管是服用維生素C補充劑，還是吃點富含維C的水果，比如棗、柳丁、百香果、橘子、柚子等，都能起到緩解感冒症狀的作用。一般來說，酸味重的水果維C含量都不少。喝橙汁在補維C的同時，還能消除口腔中的不適感。
第三步：吃塊黑巧克力。它不僅能補充抗氧化劑，英國倫敦大學的研究還顯示，其中所含的可哥堿有止咳功效。
第四步：打開加濕器。秋冬季節乾燥的空氣會讓呼吸道感到不適，在床邊或沙發邊放置加濕器，可以讓你呼吸更順暢。使用前，最好徹底清洗一下，以免病毒通過其散播。
第五步：吃流質食物。熱湯和熱粥都是不錯的選擇。幾百年來都流傳著雞湯治感冒的說法，英國學者發現這是有道理的，因為雞湯中的某些成分可以減少咳嗽，而且熱湯和熱粥的蒸氣也有助於緩解鼻塞。
第六步：換個大水杯。保證每天喝2000毫升水，其中有一部分最好是電解質飲料。
第七步：遠離乳製品。劉又寧表示，乳酪等較難消化的乳製品，感冒時最好別吃，但是可以適當喝些牛奶。如果胃口不好，可以喝些優酪乳。
第八步：服用非處方藥。布洛芬、撲熱息痛或止咳糖漿等非處方藥都能減輕感冒的症狀。劉又寧說，雖然這些藥不能抗病毒，但能讓你感覺好受些。
第九步：耐心等它過去。你的病需要7天左右才會自行消失。但如果症狀一直持續或急劇惡化，最好去醫院請醫生診斷。
感冒雖然不是大病，但持續不斷的症狀卻讓很多人坐立難安。對此，《感冒白皮書》針對喉痛、咳嗽、鼻塞三大症狀，給出了緩解的小竅門。
◎ 喉痛：淡鹽水。將7.5克鹽溶解在250毫升溫水中，緩慢漱口可以緩解咽喉腫痛，每隔6─8小時漱口一次。
◎ 不要使用刺激性的漱口水，它們可能會加劇呼吸道乾燥。吞咽較硬的食物，最好慢些，以免劃傷咽部。
